A conscious approach to AQV's music implies contemplating concepts such as search, process or commitment in the field of electroacoustic creation. His exploratory exercise based on the processing of instruments and acoustic sources by means of digital or synthetic tools is now materialised in this selection of five pieces produced between 2014 and 2019. This work is a representative sample of a long learning path that extends beyond the field of electronics, as it also encompasses instrumental music, including the study of traditional forms, deep listening and participation in different sound projects and improvisation groups. A trajectory that is fundamental when it comes to shaping the sonic personality of an album in which formal minimalism and expressive exuberance coexist.

Each title suggests a listening experience that appeals to emotion as "chapters" of a story as intimate as it is transcendent. A fanciful beginning, marked by the delicate exercise of sonic funambulism of «Equanimidade», leads us to «A confiança», a track with a more cerebral foundation that develops towards The Epic. The B-side of the tape begins with «Verdade», a frontal scream in the manner of an intervened liturgical chant, followed by the tender and progressive «Dedicação», which takes its time to culminate in the wildness and violence of a heartbreaking double bass in «Desejo».

We are faced with an act of love and a possible interpretation of it that could be read as a deontological plea about emotional intimacy in the form of music. AQV gives us five pieces that display an overflowing sensitivity. A resounding and acronymic work that Eternal Recordings wanted to share with the world.
